SATAY BOWL

Serves 10

INGREDIENTS

1kg 100% NOT Meatballs

1kg thin hokkien noodles, cooked following packet directions

450g trimmed sugar snap peas

300g shredded carrot

200g shredded cucumber

400g coleslaw

500g satay sauce, heated

Crushed peanuts, spring onion and lime wedges, to garnish

METHOD

1. Panfry 100% NOT Meatballs until cook until browned. Thread onto satay sticks.

2. Steam snow peas for 2-3 minutes.

3. Arrange noddles, peas, carrot, cucumber and slaw in serving bowls.

4. Top with meatball skewers, pour over satay sauce, and sprinkle with crushed peanuts, spring onion and serve with lime wedges.
