INGREDIENTS

10x 100% NOT Schnitzels

500ml Leggo’s Napoli Sauce

200g grated tasty cheese (or your choice of vegan cheese if needed for vegan and lactose-intolerant customers)

1.5 kg frozen Edgell Chips of choice

Salad to serve

METHOD

1.Cook frozen 100% NOT Schnitzels following packet directions.

2.Place on a gastronome tray. Spoon over Leggo’s Napoli Sauce, sprinkle with cheese and cook until cheese is melted and golden.

3.Cook frozen Edgell Chips following packet directions.

4.Serve schnitzel with chips and salad.

Serve curry with vegetables on rice, garnished with almonds, coriander and lime wedges.

Load your parma with caramelized onion and roast capsicum strips for a twist.
