MEATBALL SUBS

Serves 10

INGREDIENTS

1kg 100% NOT Meatballs

800g Leggo’s Napoli Sauce

Sourdough baguette

350g grated mozzarella

Basil leaves, to garnish

METHOD

1.Panfry 100% NOT Meatballs and cook until browned.

2.Simmer Leggo’s Napoli Sauce. Season to taste.

3. Cut baguette to desired lengths and split down the middle, fill with Napoli sauce, meatballs and cheese.

4. Oven cook or grill until cheese melts, serve garnished with basil.
