GOURMET PIZZA

Serves 10

INGREDIENTS

500g 100% NOT Chicken

100ml oil

250g sliced red capsicum

150g sliced red onion

250g sliced zucchini

1.6g dried oregano

5x 30cm diameter pizza bases

300g pizza sauce

200g vegan mozzarella

45g vegan parmesan

20g fresh basil


METHOD

1.In a non stick frypan cook 100% NOT Chicken in 50ml oil until lightly browned.

2.Sauté capsicum, onion and zucchini in remaining oil until softened. Add oregano and season.

3. Top pizzas with sauce, vegan mozzarella, cooked vegetables and 100% NOT Chicken. Finish with vegan parmesan. Bake until golden. Scatter basil leaves to serve.
