CHIMICHURRI TACOS

Serves 10

INGREDIENTS

100ml oil

10g brown sugar

20ml soy sauce

10g crushed garlic

10ml lime juice

1kg 100% NOT Beef

750g street tacos, chargrilled

454g packet frozen Edgell Chunky Avocado

  Pulp, thawed 

200g pickled sliced red onion

200ml chimichurri

15g fresh coriander leaves

Lime wedges, to serve

METHOD

1.Combine oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, lime juice and 100% NOT Beef. Marinate in refrigerator for 3 hours.

2.Panfry 100% NOT Beef until browned.

Spread street tacos with Edgell Avocado and top with remaining ingredients.
