200g diced brown onion
200g diced carrot
200g diced celery
50g crushed garlic
1kg 100% NOT Mince
1kg Leggo’s Classic Herb Sauce
Parmesan & basil leaves to serve
1.Sauté onion, carrot, celery and garlic until tender.
2. Add 100% NOT Mince and cook, stirring to break up lumps.
3. Reduce heat and stir in Leggo’s Classic Herb Sauce, cook until sauce thickens slightly. Season to taste.
4. Serve over pasta, with parmesan and basil leaves.
